Colours of The Mind
Mental wellbeing quiz for children under the Health Promotion Board
Project Overview
Colours of the Mind is an interactive digital quiz developed in partnership with Singapore's Health Promotion Board (HPB) to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their children's mental wellbeing. The platform transforms traditional psychological assessment into an engaging, family-friendly experience that helps adults better understand how children think, feel, and behave.
Creative direction and visual identity
The Challenge
Transform a clinical questionnaire into an inviting, child-centric experience that appeals to both parents and children.
The Solution
We developed a playful visual language inspired by children's building blocks and wooden toys, creating familiarity and warmth. The "Colours of the Mind" concept uses color as a metaphor for the diverse spectrum of children's mental and emotional states.
Key Design Elements
Logo designed as interlocking building blocks, evoking childhood play and development
Vibrant color palette representing different aspects of mental wellness
Child-friendly typography and iconography
Cohesive visual system adaptable across digital platforms
Landing Page
Created an welcoming entry point that clearly introduces the quiz purpose and process. Strategic use of organic blob shapes in the corner navigation guides users intuitively to different sections while maintaining the playful aesthetic.
