Sentosa Islander web experience
Sentosa revamped its membership programme to new reward tiers, and to allow members to earn points and redeem vouchers. Due to limited time, we focused on enhancing the web app experience to include the updated membership features. With a mobile-first approach our task comprised enhancing the web app experience to showcase these updated loyalty features.

Animated masthead for quick verification. Followed by member’s card to view key customer info.
A function to flip card to review QR code for FREE island admission.
With the newly added tracker, members are motivated to see the progress to the next tier of membership.
Lastly introducing My pocket that serves as a wallet for members to find new vouchers, existing benefits or purchases.
Earn and trade points at merchants
Installations of QR code are the easiest way for this experience to be added at merchants shop fronts. The challenge is how do we use a single QR code to use for earn point as well as trading of vouchers.
Introducion of integrated web-based QR code scanner so members are able to earn point and use their voucher seamlessly as merchants.
Points and vouchers
With introduction of points and tiers, functions are introduced within the web-based app. Hygience function as point history as well as voucher listing for members to keep track on.
